As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I know the impact sugar has on the body. And I personally know how powerful sugar is. I am so glad that I decided to do this program. I thought it was going to be really hard and that I would feel deprived. It was ALMOST effortless to make good food choices. I felt great and was prepared to easily make good choices. It was much harder when I didn’t food prep in advance.

I’d also recommend making the tips for eating out part of the program! While it’s preferred to eat in I think it helps to arm people with knowledge if they have to/choose to eat out.

These 21 days have opened our eyes and bodies to a new way of life. My son lost 10 pounds, I lost 6, and we both: feel amazing, sleep so much better, our skin looks good, never feel hungry, don’t crave sugar or pasta or bread, have learned when our body is actually hungry, do something other than eat when bored, survive happily on water, and have rediscovered a love for creative cooking! We are never going back to sugar – there are so many things out there that can sweeten things without destroying our bodies.
I joined to get a handle on kicking the sugar cravings & starting to repair my gut after my pregnancy. I can’t tell you how amazing I feel. I didn’t track my weight as I was looking more to just feeling better and I definitely accomplished that. My skin feels better, my stomach feels better & I haven’t craved sugar once. It’s so nice to feel like I’ve kicked the bad habit and am moving towards the old me…the healthier me.
